The OnePlus 2 possesses a 5.5 inch LTPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with a top-class resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels (~401 ppi pixel density), bringing forth vivid and clear outlook from every single corner of the large screen. Also, the screen has got a Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection which protects the screen from any possible scratches.

A further glance on the specifications shows that the device runs on a quad-core Cortex-A53 & a quad-core 1.8 GHz Cortex-A57 CPU along with a Qualcomm MSM8994 Snapdragon 810 chipset and an Adreno 430 GPU. Operating on an Android OS, v5.1 (Lollipop) and OnePlus’ own user interface, the Oxygen UI, the smartphone guarantees a smooth and an amazing gaming experience. Also, the device has got a high random access memory ceiling of 4GB if you opt for the 64GB ROM version but however, the 16GB version has got just 3GB of RAM, which is still more than enough.

Another impressive aspect of the phone can be considered its cameras. A wonderful 13 MP rear camera with laser auto-focus and LED flash and a 5 MP front camera on the OnePlus 2 helps in delivering high quality photos along with some attractive features like geo-tagging, continuous auto-focus, image stabilization, HDR, video stabilization, dual-video recording etc. Also, the smartphone can record videos of 1080p at 30fps.

Also, the battery used in the device is a non-removable Li-Po 3300 mAh battery which gives a standby time of 428 hours and a talk time of 21 hours, which is quite satisfying especially when it comes to sustainability of charge over a day’s time period.
